Alexandre Grand Teguise Playa

The facilities are great and match the pictures: big hotel, spacious rooms with big balconies, clean, very nice lounge area, plenty of space out, big swimming pools, access to the beach. The location is very good with a parking closeby and access to the sea & promenade, the city amenities can be reached by walking. Costa Teguise is also a great spot to explore Lanzarote from, with both the beach but not as touristy as the south, and the airport closeby.

Just came home from a week stay here as a couple and honestly cannot fault the hotel. First of all the lobby is the most beautiful lobby you’ll ever see! All staff so friendly and helpful, hotel cleaned top to bottom every morning, everything kept and maintained so well. Great location, great views from our room. Now the part that divides people - the food! We did all inclusive and there was plenty of choice for breakfast lunch and dinner, plus sandwiches and small snacks available all day at the pool bar (limited choice but it’s there) and there is a bbq in the afternoon to get burgers hotdogs and fries. We are not fussy and had very full plates every meal time and did not go hungry! Good effort was put into the theme nights - Mexican, Italian, French etc. We ate out for dinner on a couple of nights simply to just get out and about for a bit and see what was around. It is what it is - an all inclusive buffet, but overall, the food was more than good enough for us! We were delivered a plate full of fresh fruit within half hour of arriving which was such a nice touch. Roland in the entertainment team was brilliant and really made us laugh every day! Staff behind the bars very quickly learned what you were drinking and they just kept them flowing, serving what I call ‘Caribbean measures’ - they’re definitely not tight on the alcohol! Despite what the website and drinks cards tell you (and other peoples opinions/experiences) we drank branded alcohol (Gordon’s pink gin, Disaronno, Malibu, Aperol) without paying an extra penny. Very breezy some days which was always welcome but be careful your sunbed doesn’t slide into the pool if you’re close enough! The revolving seating section round the bar is something I’ve never seen before but it was a good novelty! There were a fair few ‘older’ people staying (we are in our 30s). This was no bother for us at all, but don’t expect a blaring music all day party type resort.

Very clean lovely staff great location

Overall a great stay, have stayed a few times and it is always fantastic and relaxing. Staff really try their best. I love the location of this hotel. The beach outside is the most perfect one on the island and being able to just walk out the gate and be there is fantastic.

Absolutely loved this hotel and would definitely stay again. Perfect location, direct access to a lovely beach. Heated 29c outdoor pool. Pool area with lots of seating areas to relax. Good variety of food every night. Excellent breakfast options. Rooms modern and spacious with beautiful sea view. Comfortable beds and great walk in shower. Had everything we needed in it. Close to shops and restaurants, all within a few minutes walk. Staff lovely and helpful when needed. Was there for a 70th birthday and the hotel provided a complimentary bottle of champagne in the room as a surprise. This was a lovely gesture.
